HWMonitor is one of the most comprehensive programs for monitoring the performance and temperature of your computer components. In it, you can see data such as frequency, temperature, voltage, amperage, power consumption, and activity in your components.
Among the components that you can monitor in HWMonitor, you will find the motherboard, the processor, the graphics card, the storage drives (hard disks and SSD), and the fans. With all these, you can consult the current value, updated every three seconds, and the maximum and minimum values seen since the program opened.
For the motherboard, HWMonitor allows you to monitor voltages, temperatures recorded by sensors, fan RPM, and system memory usage. For the processor, you can check the voltages, the temperature of the CPU and each core, and the frequency at which they and the cache memory are running.
From the graphics card, you can find the temperature of the GPU, the memory, and the hottest point of the chip; the revolutions at which the fans are spinning; the GPU and memory frequencies; the percentage of use; and the PCI port read/write speed. Finally, for the storage units, you will be able to know the temperature, the percentage of occupied space, the activity, and the write and read speed.
HWMonitor also allows you to save monitoring data for easy graphing. You can also use the dark mode or reset the maximum and minimum values. If you want to know the performance of your PC hardware in depth, downloading HWMonitor is an excellent option.
